用途與特點：
HD系列液壓對輥造粒機是采用干法輥壓工藝技術，主要靠壓力進料加壓方式，使物料強制通過兩個相對旋轉輥輪間隙，強制壓縮成片塊狀，在輥壓過程中，物料的實際密度能增大1.5~3倍，對含水量≤5%的粉狀物料進行壓縮成片或塊狀，從而達到顆粒強度要求。再經破碎整形，篩分工藝，使片塊狀物料變成符合使用要求的顆粒狀物料。主要適用于化肥原料（硫酸鉀，氯化鉀，鉀肥，碳酸鈣，硝酸鉀，磷酸銨等）;化工原料（抗氧劑，氧化鋅，金屬粉末，植物燃料等）以及環保材料的壓縮造粒過程。
